On a related note, there was a video that is no longer available on Google where Dr. Richard Allen Miller spoke about how we can reprogram and remap our brains through meditation in conjunction with binaural beats.
According to wiki, binaural beats or binaural tones are auditory processing artifacts, or apparent sounds, the perception of which arises in the brain for specific physical stimuli.
This effect was discovered in 1839 by Heinrich Wilhelm Dove, and earned greater public awareness in the late 20th century based on claims that binaural beats could help induce relaxation, meditation, creativity and other desirable mental states.
According to Dr. Miller, sacred geometry, sound tools, moving meditations and diet are amongst some of the ways you can remap and reprogram your brain through meditation.

The first sound tool example given by Miller is called holosync more commonly known as binaural beats.
Another method is to use virtual audio, where sounds appear to move from left to right or from right to left when listening to them with headphones.
The next method discussed involves sacred geometry.
By integrating these methods into your meditation, you can literally reprogram your brain and bring it back into synchronicity with the balance of nature while deprogramming from the fear based propaganda we receive on a daily basis.
Additionally, Dr. Miller states that improved nutrition plays a vital role in the remapping and reprogramming of your mind. Dr. Miller lists the following as key items to optimal spiritual health:
- Filtered unfluoridated water
- Organic food
- Power “Herbs” e.g. magic mushrooms
- Limit or eliminate processed food
- Moving Meditations – controlled breathing exercises such as Tai Chi and Yoga
- Journaling – “called “Magical Memory” by Aleister Crowley
