Did you know that it is quite easy to raise your vibration at bedtime?

When we are slowing down into a state of total rest, our brainwaves become highly optimized for suggestion. This is why hypnotism works when you are in a very calm and relaxed state!

So, knowing this, program yourself to raise your vibration at bedtime! It’s quite easy, and takes very little effort on your part. Today, I’ll show you three easy ways you can use your heightened suggestibility at bedtime to program yourself for a higher vibe.
