http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jG-2F87SeQA A Second World War Hurricane fighter plane could be rebuilt after being unearthed almost 80 years since crashing near the Thames Estuary.

After decades spent locating the crash site and planning the recovery, a team used a specialist excavator to dig 35ft deep and carefully remove the wreckage.

Archaeologists hope enough pieces will be salvaged to re-build the plane, and possibly even fly again.
