  • ?? Why has carbon monoxide analysis stopped…or was it just a sidenote image…. most of the great lakes froze ..not entirely I was very surprised to see carbon monoxide as part of the end slide show

  • Good Morning Ben & Observers! Wishing you all a beautiful HUMP DAY! 🐪🐪🐪🐫🐪🐪🐪 Presently 64° at 9:15 am in the rainforest, lots of rain last night, & clouds still hanging low tell me we'll have some more today. Thank you Ben, have a beautiful day everyone! Be well, stay warm where it's cold, cool where it's hot, remember to smile & be careful out there! 🌹☀️💜🌎💜☀️🌹

  • Ben do you ever listen to Graham Hancock? Would it be possible the ancient pyramids in Egypt were built as protection from the recurring micro novae.
They were built with a lot of astronomical knowledge.
Many chambers inside all of them. Even large voids underneath we know are there just not explored.
Instead of digging underground or in a mountain, maybe they built a huge structure above ground to keep them safe?
No tombs or hieroglyphs have or ever been present inside them

  • Good morning, 0bservers! On my way to sunny (rainy?) south Florida. Not for fun, so much as to do some work for my mom & dad in-law. But I'll think about y'all IF it turns out I make it to the beach….or fishing. Cheers!

  • Good morning observers from south-central Montana. It’s 8 AM MT We’ve warmed up yet again to 7°F above zero.Wind chill is still -2°F. Much improvement from the beginning of this week.

  • This is tremendous. Its not only food for thought, its a wake up call. Are the folks at NASA, particularly the Chandra Observatory, paying attention? All the physics majors on instagram, fixated on black holes, are you watching?

  • Hold on, I'm missing something, Pulsar spin slowdown connected to magnetic reversal? Is there anywhere I could read about this please? Remember that I'm not a scientist and laymans language would be appreciated 🙂

  • “…noticeable rotation speed slow down during the reversal….” ….wwhich, if on earth, would produce tsunamis of megalithic proportions, crustal movement, and all manners of previous cataclysmic events…

  • southwest KY will prepare for global warming later in the week … now below freezing still. Oh yeah.. More rain of course… 'Wake up son' I used to say… Now I wish… 'wake up sun ' …next time I will pray

  • Good morning from the southwest of Pennsylvania. It's a cold 20° today not going much higher either with snow showers here and there. Increasing cloudiness also and my luck they started coming in quicker as I was about to get some pictures of the sun and sunspots through the telescope 😒🌤

  • Hi from Edmonton, Central Alberta, Canada ….clear sunny and a slight breeze but cold -20C , like it's been since Dec/18. , tons of snow on the ground that isn't going away anytime soon.

  • I am in west canada and it is cold cold. But here is the thing. It feels like going into a large cooler cold. Like a forced cold. I don't know if anyone knows what I am talking about but that is what it feels to me. Like artificial cold. Plus some of the snow is not snow it is so styrofoam like. Anyone?

  • Notice how China is a joint partner with the ESA in the Smile project. Not surprised as their involvement in the realm of space weather is ever present. Thanks Ben!

  • Photons don't exist. … light is not a particle. A wave is not what something is. A wave is what something does. A wave is a process of energy transfer in a medium.

  • No such thing as dark matter/energy………………can not measure it…..don't have anyway to know how much/little exists, or if it exists at all…………..just THE OLD GUARD..pushing bullshit science………………..and You are helping them!

  • A 6.4…. KP index of 2, no geomagnetic storm….earth centred active region diminished today but is new moon so a 6.4 is no suprise…. The Active region I mentioned forming (Now a sunspot group) and the active region below it that made its way earth side of the sun will be the ones to watch and larger earthquakes. The moons moving towards them as they head earth centred.

  • Good morning SO’s 44 in Reno and the Sierras continue to get loaded with snow! If we have a warm spring we maybe under water around here! Nice to see some spot activity going on!

1869 – Dmitri Mendeleev presents the first periodic table to the Russian Chemical Society
1872 – A cold wave hit the East coast sending the mercury plunging to -8°F at Boston, MA. It was the most severe March cold wave in modern history
1899 – "Asprin" (acetylsalicylic acid) patented by Felix Hoffmann at German company Bayer
1900 – A Chinook wind blowing down the slopes of the Rockies through Havre, MT raised the temperature 31 degrees in just 3 minutes
1906 – Heavy storm bursts dike flooding Vlissingen, Netherlands
1918 – US naval boat "Cyclops" disappears in Bermuda Triangle
1954 – Florida received its greatest modern-day snowfall of record, with 4.0 inches at the Milton Experimental Station. Pensacola FL equalled their 24-hour record with 2.1 inches of snow. (The Weather Channel)
1959 – Farthest radio signal heard (Pioneer IV, 400,000 miles)

1998 – 1st time the British flag is flown over Buckingham Palace
2003 – For the first time since 1979, Lake Superior was nearly frozen over. A winter of relentlessly cold temperatures resulted in the extensive ice. Lake Huron and shallower Lake Erie were both completely covered with ice. The ice threatened to push the opening of shipping on the lake back from late March when it would normally open to late May
2005 – On this date through the 7th, heavy rainfall produced flooding in the Saharan desert region of Algeria causing 2 deaths and 9 injuries
2012 – 9,000 residents are evacuated from Wagga Wagga, Australia, as the Murrimbidgee River threatens to overflow

  • I have question perhaps you can point me to your video that answers it. Thanks. When a coronal hole is facing earth how is it viewed here ? My understanding is that sunspots can actually be viewed here as black spots on the sun. Is a coronal hole viewed the same way?

  • The sunspot group is actually moving in quickly, just looked at its reach and it's actually touching the 1st (centre left) quadrant of the sun…. Earthquake uptick in effect now. (My way of earthquake prediction).
